Part of our Perfect Collection, the Perfect Emma is a modern icon, beloved for its refined silhouette and thoughtful, comfort-driven design. For the Sarah Flint x Sense and Sensibility capsule, we've reimagined it in soft linen with a hand-embroidered Japanese anemone floral motif. Sarah envisioned the Perfect Emma as Elinor's shoe, structured and polished, doing exactly what it says it will do, which felt right for her character.
Designed for all-day wear, the Perfect Emma includes extra padding and built-in arch support for comfort and stability. A subtle three-line detail at the back of the heel adds a quiet signature touch. Each pair takes over 50 hours to construct, from hand-woven French embroidery knots to pattern-cutting to packaging.
This is a limited edition style and therefore available in limited quantities.

"I wore these shoes briefly as I packed for a trip, just to break them in. At the time, they felt fine - nothing great, but fine. I then wore them for a three-day conference and my feet hurt so badly by the end of the second day that I wore sneakers with my suit on the third day. Specifically, the toes felt worse as time went on, even though I had read that the shoes should stretch out after only a few hours of wear. I'm hoping these get better soon, as they are a lovely shoe, but I'm a bit concerned that these shoes just might not work for my feet."
