Our loyalty and referral programs are designed to thank our customers for their support and trust in the Sarah Flint brand.

How can I join the loyalty and refer-a-friend programs?

You must have a Sarah Flint account to access either program. If you don’t yet have an account, please visit this link and follow the prompts to create one.

What do I receive once the referral is completed?

If your friend purchases a pair of shoes through your referral, then you will receive 1000 points to your account, equivalent to $50 off to be applied towards your next Sarah Flint purchase.

How do I redeem my points?

Redeem your points by logging into your Sarah Flint account and visiting the rewards panel here. Select the reward you want and claim it. You will then be prompted to copy and paste a code to use at checkout.

How do I access my account?

How do I earn points?

You can earn points for different activities like referring friends, liking Instagram posts, and placing orders. Check out the Earn Points section in your account to see all the ways you can earn points. Points collected from placing an order will appear in your account 30 days after the order date (this is to allow a period for returns).

I have two accounts. Can I transfer my rewards from one to the other?

It is not possible to transfer points between accounts. Our customer service team can check which of your accounts has the most points.

When will I receive my points and when will my account be upgraded?

Once you make a purchase, the points will be added within 21 days after your payment is received. Your points can be viewed in your account. When the amount spent hits the next tier's requirement, your membership will be automatically upgraded.

My points are in pending status. What does that mean?

Pending status means your points will be issued after your order is placed, but they will remain pending for 21 days.

Do loyalty points expire?

Your points will expire 12 months after your last order date, unless you make another purchase within that timeframe.

What happens when you level up to a new tier?

When you reach a new spend threshold, you will automatically move into the next loyalty tier, which will unlock new rewards and exclusive benefits.

Can I level down?

Yes, your loyalty tier is determined based on your spend over the last 12 month period (i.e. the 12 months prior to the current date). After "leveling up," you will have 12 months to spend at the required amount of your new tier. If you spend less than your current tier level over that 12 month period, you will be moved to whatever tier corresponds to the amount spent.
